Hardelot is a beautiful seaside resort with a chic, slightly British feel. You can find a beautiful town center with many restaurants, bars, tea rooms and stores only a few meters from the beach. You will also be able to enjoy small open air concerts, and the many activities proposed for the whole family: water activities, golf, horse riding, visit of the castle, bike rental... The little +: On All Saints' Day, don't miss the Festi'mômes, a festival dedicated to children where magic and theater shows, puppet shows, artistic wanderings, training courses and workshops are waiting for you
Wissant is a small fishing village located between the two capes: the Cap Blanc-Nez and the Cap Gris-Nez. Loaded with history, the town is still home to remnants of the Second World War, as well as the remains of Camp Caesar. Its beautiful sandy beach is very popular, especially with water sports enthusiasts: sand yachting, windsurfing, kite-surfing, surfing ... You can visit its mill museum, go for a hike in the Farz trail, or continue on the G120, the trail going from Bray-Dune to Berck. Wissant also hosts the Trail national de la Côte d'Opale organized at the end of the summer, a trail of up to 62 km, between Cap Blanc-Nez and Marquise. You will be able to fill your stomach thanks to the many restaurants and bars in the village, but also thanks to its big Wednesday market which becomes nocturnal in the summer period and welcomes you on Fridays from 6pm to 9pm.
Wimereux is also among the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Côte d'Opale. The town presents a singular architecture. Many villas date from the Belle Epoque, Anglo-Norman Victorian style. Their magnificent facades and gables will amaze you. Its beautiful sandy and pebbled beach makes the happiness of many inhabitants and visitors every year. The dike will allow you to walk quietly while admiring the landscape. Just like the beach of Wissant, it is also appreciated by the amateurs of water sports, surfers, kite surfers and others meet there regularly. Are you a golf fan? You can play the 18 holes of one of the oldest golf courses on the coast. In the city center, a few steps from the beach, you will find small stores, restaurants and bars, enough to satisfy everyone's desires.
With its large harbor voted the leading fishing port in France, the city of Boulogne-sur-Mer is also full of many assets. It offers a large sandy beach, from the famous Nausicaa National Sea Center to the sand yacht club. Its seawall with its many benches will allow you to admire the landscape and to see the English coast. Summer gives way to various activities for children: playgrounds, beach sports and leisure activities for families, trampolines, inflatable games, beach volleyball, beach soccer, competitions etc. Activities for older children are also available: paddle, longe-côte, sand yachting, kitesurfing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, sailing, surfing, skimboarding, bodyboarding... Want to go back to the mainland? Not far from the beach, you can walk on the banks of the Liane: 5.2 km of promenade used by cyclists, runners, walkers and skateboarders since the banks are equipped with a skate park. Boulogne-sur-Mer is a city of art and history, so you can visit the museum, the crypt, go to the cinema, the theater or enjoy an open air concert. You will also find many stores, restaurants, and bars in the city center. At the top of Boulogne-sur-Mer, you can walk around the old town, on the ramparts and enjoy a beautiful view.
Another flagship seaside resort of the Côte d'Opale, Le Touquet. A real nerve center of the city, the beach of Le Touquet welcomes many summer people every year. The seafront is the ideal place if you wish to bask in the sun, relax, stroll or do all sorts of activities: bike rides, horseback riding, rosalia rental, sweet breaks, summer animations, water sports, mini golf, horseback riding. The beach also hosts the Enduropale du Touquet Pas-de-Calais, the Touquet Music Beach Festival, sand yacht and beach volleyball competitions. Are you a fan of sensations and love water? Come with your family or friends to the Aqualud water park. You can also enjoy many other activities out of the water: visit the Le Touquet-Paris-Plage Museum, visit the Canche lighthouse, shopping and lunch break in the city center, stroll to the market...
Seaside resort and therapeutic town, it is for its large beach and its kites that Berck is famous. For over thirty years, the beach has hosted the international kite meetings every April. Dozens of teams of enthusiasts come to compete and offer thousands of spectators a breathtaking show. The sand yacht is also an important figure in the city. An initiation to this sport is offered by the Eole Club. In the city center, you can go to the Succès Berckois, a store making lollipops and artisanal berlingots, where you can discover the behind-the-scenes production, and participate in the creation of a sugar sculpture. Berck also has a theater, a casino, a museum and other places where you can have a good time. If you are a fan of animals, don't hesitate to go to the Baie d'Authie, the border between the Pas-de-Calais and the Somme. This wild and natural bay has a remarkable fauna and flora. Among the beach, the oyats, the pines and the dunes, you may be able to observe up close the grey seals and the marine calves that live there. To have a chance to meet them, you will have to go there at low tide and in good weather. If you are fond of walking and nature, this is definitely a place not to be missed.
Located near Berck, Merlimont is also a beautiful seaside resort. Like its neighbor, it has everything you need to spend a nice day with family or friends. With a large sandy beach, you can relax and enjoy all the water activities offered. On foot or by mountain bike, you can follow the various hiking trails in the dunes. In June, soccer lovers can participate in the Festifoot, a tournament dedicated to amateurs. If you go in early July, you can attend the Canicross, where dogs and their owners compete in a cross-country race in the dunes. Are you a racing fan? Also at the beginning of July, you can compete with other running enthusiasts during the Menome strides: also accessible to children, disabled people, everyone can participate.

Berck-sur-Mer once hosted great artists such as Edouard Manet. Strong of its experience, the city offers you to visit the musée Opale Sud, a place where impressionism, naturalism and expressionism meet.
Visit the famous musée 39-45 on the Second World War. Equipped soldiers in situation, thousands of objects, and archive film projections will make you relive this historical period.
The Musée Sandelin, occupying a superb 18th-century mansion, presents rich and varied collections within 25 rooms with singular atmospheres: mosaics, sculptures, paintings, goldsmith's objects, furniture and ceramics dating from the Middle Ages to the 19th century.
Designed to house Hitler's secret weapon: the V2 rocket, this underground bunker called La Coupole is now the historical place of memory to visit to understand the various issues of the war and the conquest of space. La Coupole also features a 3D planetarium that will take you to space in no time.
